Wearing scrambled eggs.

Seamus pointed out to me last night that "scrambled eggs" refers to the gold leaf-like patches that military commanders (and, in the Boy Scouts, wanna-be military) wear on their hats. I googled "scrambled eggs" and "military" and came up with this link and many others that show just what scrambled eggs look like. I guess this explains what the weirdo in the locker room was talking about, though it doesn't explain why he did it naked.
